Jeff Iorg has lead Gateway Seminary (formerly Golden Gate) thru an unprecedented season of change; a relocation from the San Francisco Bay area of Northern California, 400 miles south to the Los Angeles suburb of Ontario in Southern California, a name change to reflect more closely the seminary’s mission field and a total redesign of the seminary’s physical community. In addition to remaining debt-free during the move, the Seminary remained entirely operational, saw no decrease in enrollment, and added $40 million to the institution’s endowment. Dr. Iorg is the author of numerous books on leadership, including his newest, “Leading Major Change in Your Ministry.”
