Inter-Mission with David

David Southerland

A great shock in my life was leaving years of missionary service in Europe and returning to... Europe! The United States didn’t seem

to be the same country.

Fortunately, one thing has remained fairly strong: Christmas celebration in churches where we actually sing Christmas carols and hear the beautiful story of the birth of God’s Greatest Gift. I have cherished every year at Christmas since our return. This year will be equally wonderful.

All of us here at the Florida Baptist Association wish for each of you a joyful and memorable Christmas.

Let Us Post Your Church Events

We invite you to send your upcoming church events to us so we may post them on our website. This includes everything from homecomings, revivals, concerts, mission trips, or other important and special events you would like to share. Please email this information to office@floridabaptistassoication.org. Our website is www.floridabaptistassociation.org.

Florida Baptist Children's Home

Thank you for your ongoing support of Florida Baptist Children’s Homes.  Several churches were able to come out and support the food drive on October 3rd.  If you have food still to donate, you may bring it to the campus any weekday between 8:30 and 4:30.  All donations of food, cleaning supplies and detergent are greatly appreciated.

Again, thank you for your generous support!
