On Easter Sunday, they had a community Easter service that met at The Moon and had about 450 people attend. Pastor Dean Inserra has had a calling on his life since he was the student body president at Leon High School to start a church in his hometown of Tallahassee. Dean's desire is to lead a church that connects with the needs of his generation and the college campuses of Tallahassee. He has a degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and also attended Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Scott Simmons, music leader at The Well, has been leading music for churches, camps, retreats, and other special events for about 8 years now, many of which he led alongside Dean. He has served musically in six local churches (two of those, church plants), played in two widely-recognized bands, and has a second CD release, a revamped hymns project, with the help of Pixel Records.

Chapel Hill is a great example of a church that is reaching out to their community to do acts of love in Jesus name. As an example, they sent a group over to Ochlockonee Bay Baptist Church to help with some of the repair work still being done as a result of previous hurricane damage. Their people did some painting, drywall repair and yard work. Then, on Easter weekend, around 50 people from Chapel Hill went out to do various mission projects in Tallahassee.
